Founded in 2019, the firm is the result of nearly 15 years of dedication by partner Thiago de Almeida Alvares Vono advising domestic and international clients across multiple areas of law, with the goal of simplifying the most varied legal matters with quality and objectivity, delivering tailor-made services to each client.

About Us
Thiago de Almeida Alvares Vono
Founding Partner
Attorney graduated from Damásio de Jesus Law School (now IBMEC), with a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure from the same institution. He has completed extension courses in Accounting (SENAC), Compliance and Anti-Corruption (LEC – Legal, Ethics & Compliance) and Board Member Training (Board Academy).
- Member of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section (OAB-SP) and of the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP).
- Member of NewGen (CAM-CCBC), INOVARB (Amcham) and the Special Committees on Arbitration and Real Estate Law of OAB-SP, with experience also in international entities such as ITA (Institute for Transnational Arbitration) and LACCA (Latin American Corporate Counsel Association).
- CPC-A Compliance certification from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
